The Sunfired Food Certification is a six-day immersive program led by Dr. Aris LaTham. It combines the art and science of living foods with ancestral wisdom to help you create vibrant, plant-based meals while transforming your health and well-being.

When and where does it take place?

The program runs from January 6–13, 2025, at Rio San Piedra Farm in Panama. Check-in is at 12 Noon on January 6, and check-out is at 12 Noon on January 13.

What is included in the curriculum?

The program covers:

  • Science lessons on the Sunfired lifestyle, enzyme nutrition, and ancestral eating traditions.
  • Hands-on workshops to create juices, smoothies, salads, seed-based dishes, African-inspired meals, and more.
  • A graduation ceremony with a Pan-African Royal Feast.
  • A relaxation day with spa, ocean therapy, and natural beauty lessons.
What are the daily schedule and meals like?
  • Sessions: Morning (9 AM–12 NOON) and Afternoon (3 PM–6 PM).
  • Meals: Breakfast (8 AM), Lunch (12 NOON), and Dinner (6 PM) featuring complimentary fruits, juices, and meals on arrival and departure days.
  • There’s personal open time from 12 NOON–3 PM daily.
